Prior to joining Baird, Steve was a Senior Portfolio Manager with Wells Fargo. He has over 29 years of experience in the industry.
Steve earned his bachelor’s in economics - Banking and Finance from the University of North Dakota.
He and his wife Juli have two adult sons, Benjamin (21) and Jacob (18), both are Eagle Scouts. In his free time, Steve enjoys winter sports, biking, hiking, fishing, reading and camping.
Ann Haase

Ann is a Senior Client Specialist at Baird, where she joined the firm in February 2022. She brings more than 15 years of industry experience and is FINRA Series 7 and 66 licensed. Ann brings a thoughtful, client‑first approach to her work and enjoys building strong, lasting relationships.
Ann lives in Rochester, Minnesota with her husband, Paul, and their two sons, Nash and Adler. Both she and her husband were born and raised in Rochester and value being close to family while raising their children in the community they call home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active, and relaxing with a good book or show.
